Project Description
This Tesla Model X came to Automods for radar and laser protection using an Escort Max Ci 360. We fabricated an insert for the display and controller to be flushed into the carbon fiber panel next to the steering wheel. The controller was blacked out so that it wouldn’t stand out against the dark dash. The laser jammers were mounted to the vehicle using fabricated brackets that properly level and align them for maximum defense. Radar detectors are illegal in Virginia and Washington DC.
